A Gold Trim Cardigan With A Gold Skirt – Paris VIII

SAMSUNG CSC

Gold has not always been a color I like but I grew to love this shade more and more as I mature into adulthood. I am not too sure how it happened but it could have begun when I started to associate this color with splendor and brilliance. When it comes to an outfit, my preference for a gold apparel is usually to match it with black so as to achieve a balance of striking glamour and minimalist elegance.

The gold trim cardigan featured is a very classy piece in my opinion! I matched it with a simple but pretty gold skirt to keep the whole look polished and pulled-together.

As the topic is on gold today, I would like to to end off this post with some pictures taken inside the Palace of Versailles, which is heavily decorated with gold plated furnishings and carvings! I have posted several amazing images of the Palace’s adjoining garden in my previous post, so head down here for a look if you have missed it earlier.

  1. I miss Paris dearly! Must go back. To shop and explore. I haven’t been to Versailles yet.. I’m sure I will take the whole day in there.

I hope you found a lot of cute pieces for your wardrobe 🙂
